As Team Lead Retail Management (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the entire retail management in Germany and Europe as a parental leave replacement and have the opportunity to further develop your leadership skills in a large team.
Your tasks:
- Holistic further development of the Retail Management, especially with regard to processes and turnover.
- Overall responsibility for the entire retail management including all retail and outlet stores
- Annual sales and budget planning as well as continuous target tracking and optimization of KPIs
- Ensuring a consistent brand image and high quality of advice in all retail and outlet stores

Your profile:
- You have successfully completed a degree or training with a focus on sales, marketing or retail
- You have already gained at least three years of professional experience in a comparable position
- You have strong communication and assertiveness skills and are characterized by a strong customer and sales orientation
- You work independently, structured and responsible
- You are flexible and willing to visit our retail and outlet stores all over Germany

As Franchise & Retail Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for setting up and developing the Franchise Management. In addition, you will take over responsibility for the entire retail management as a parental leave replacement.
Your tasks:
- Establishment and holistic orientation of the Franchise Management as well as control and further development of the Retail Management.
- Responsibility for the entire retail management including all retail and outlet stores in parental leave representation
- Annual sales and budget planning as well as continuous target tracking and optimization of KPIs
- Ensuring a consistent brand presence in all retail and franchise stores
- Responsibility for all activities related to assortment planning, merchandise management, visual merchandising and POS marketing, with the aim of achieving the defined sales targets

Your profile:
- You have successfully completed a degree or training with a focus on sales, marketing or retail

As a Store Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the independent and comprehensive supervision and management of our outlet store in Freiberg am Neckar.
Your tasks:
- Full support and management of our outlet store in Freiberg, in particular independent planning and implementation of the tasks in the daily business.
- Technical management of the store team, including recruitment and personnel planning
- Expert advice to our fashion-conscious customers
- Planning and implementation of sales-boosting measures in the store - with a view to the predefined sales and revenue targets and other KPIs
- Merchandise and shelf maintenance as well as appealing presentation of Rich & Royal products in the store
- Carrying out commercial activities such as cash accounting, complaints management, goods collection and inventory work
Your profile:
- You have already been able to gain at least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in store management in high-end fashion retailing
- You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in retail
- You are confident in the use of an inventory control and cash register system
- You are passionate about fashion and lifestyle and have a good feel for current trends
- You communicate in a friendly and confident manner in German and English and always show a high level of customer orientation
