CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST (M/F/D)
As a Customer Care Specialist (m/f/d) you are the contact person for our wholesale customers, responsible for customer care and coordinating the corresponding sales processes both internally and on the customer side.
Your tasks:
- Support our domestic and international wholesale customers
- Responsibility for order and complaint management including order and delivery monitoring
- Ensuring optimum availability of goods, taking limit planning into account
- Analysis of assortment performance as well as derivation and implementation of corresponding optimization measures
- Close cooperation with our area sales managers, agencies, importers and internal departments
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on business administration, textiles and/or apparel or a comparable education.
- Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience in a comparable position in the fashion industry
- You are confident in the use of an inventory management system as well as the common MS Office programs
- You communicate in a friendly and confident manner in German and English and always show a high level of customer orientation
- You are flexible and like to work independently, reliably and in a structured way

Your tasks:
- Proactive, strategic development of the customer structure with 100 "Point of Sales".
- Deepening and expansion of customer relationships and partnerships through regular customer visits including sales trainings
- Independent execution of action and budget planning through regular communication with buyers and other decision makers
- Preparation and monitoring of assortment planning, customer analyses, reports as well as limit planning for and with our retail partners
- Independent planning and organization of the four sales phases per year

Your profile:

POS MANAGER (M/F/D) FOR BADEN-WÜRTTEMBERG
As POS Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for and control all measures and activities at our Point of Sales and are the contact person for the area managers.
Your tasks:
- Responsibility for merchandise management, area management and reduction management at the point of sale with our customers.
- Implementation of visual merchandising measures as well as ensuring a consistent brand appearance and compliance with the Rich & Royal Guidelines
- Preparation of area reports as well as analysis of sales and best & bad sellers
- Planning and implementation of sales promotion measures at the point of sale, such as trade fairs and other POS events
