Yes, with PayPal installment payment. Choose PayPal as payment method. Check if PayPal Installment is displayed as a payment method in your PayPal account. Select the installment payment (if PayPal Installment is displayed), submit the application and confirm your information. Agree to the credit check and accept the installment agreement. Make a binding PayPal installment request and confirm the purchase.
Pay without additional costs with your MasterCard or Visa.
If you have a discount code, you can enter it directly into the "Discount code" field during the checkout process and click "Apply". The invoice amount of the order will then be reduced accordingly.
Only one discount code can be redeemed per order. The discount is immediately displayed and deducted in the shopping cart.
You can easily track the status of your order at any time. We will send you the tracking number by e-mail in your shipping confirmation.
RETURN & COMPLAINT
You can return via DHL and Hermes acceptance points.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or change your mind, you have 30 days to decide if you want to keep your ordered items.
Note here for the following:
1. for returns from abroad, you are responsible for the return shipping. For returns from DE and AT, we will cover the shipping costs.
2. the return form is enclosed with your order. Fill it out completely and put it in the package of your return.
3. stick the free DHL / Hermes return bill on the outside of the package clearly visible.
4. take the package to your nearest DHL or Hermes post office or packing station.
Please note: Returned items must be unworn, in their original packaging and in the condition in which you received them.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of an ordered item, you can of course complain about it. Please send 1-2 photos with the picture of the defect to our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. After our examination we will give you prompt feedback whether the complaint is accepted. If yes, enter the reason for your complaint in the return bill and send it back to us. After processing you will receive the credit on the original payment method.
If you no longer have a return label, please contact our customer service. They will send you a new return label by email so that you can send your complaint back to Rich & Royal free of charge.
If you purchased the items from a Rich & Royal store or retailer, please visit the appropriate store or retailer.
We only accept returns and complaints for merchandise purchased from the Rich & Royal online store.
If an item delivered by us is damaged or not in order in any way, you can of course return the item to us free of charge, stating the reason for the return. As soon as we have received the item and it has been checked, we will issue a credit note in the way you have specified as the method of payment.

We have been working closely with most of the manufactories, many of them family-run, for decades and regularly visit them on site. Only a small part of the outerwear and leather products are manufactured in Turkey or the Far East. "Made in Europe" stands for social justice and unique quality. But also: shorter delivery routes.
