For returns from abroad, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For returns from DE and AT, we will cover the shipping costs.

Enter your order number and email address, select the item you wish to return and follow the instructions on the screen.
Once you have submitted your return, you will receive a confirmation email, your return label or QR code, and all further information about shipping.
