WITH ITS OWN STORY TO TELL

The Rich & Royal story began in 1986 with a family business
from Baden-Württemberg: Peter Stupp Design Mode GmbH,
founded by Peter Stupp in Freiberg am Neckar near Stuttgart,
which is still the company’s base to this day. The founder’s
sons, Denis and Patrick Stupp, have been running the company
in its second generation since 2002. Inspired by a trip
to New York and the modern fusion of glamour and rock that
was the fanfare for the fashion of the new century, the two
founded the Rich & Royal fashion brand in 2006. What started
with a single designer and eight representatives has morphed
into a company employing 150 people and with 1,000 points
of sale in ten countries. With a clearly future-focused vision.
And the consistent pledge to always combine fashion and
trends with a sustainable awareness for people and the
environment – for you & the future.

2021 was precisely the right time for a change. A year of
crises and upheavals – but also one of optimism and hopeful
visions for the future. Rich & Royal’s collections are already
evolving with the times, and so the brand’s logo has also
received a modern update.

The Rich & Royal sense for trends is always in complete
harmony with the needs of our planet. Fashion and style are
natural for the brand, but the responsible use of resources,
environmentally friendly processes and fair working conditions
carry just as much weight. 85% of our partner manufacturers
are based in Europe, many of them family-run like Rich & Royal
itself. The materials are very consciously selected from fabric
suppliers in France, Italy and Portugal – 50% of these are
already sustainable. A figure that is expected to grow to at
least 90% by 2025. Our Organic Basics is one of the role
models here. These are already 100% organic and sustainably
produced. Without compromise.
