AREA SALES MANAGER (M/F/D)

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US – YOUR JOB:

  • Territory responsibility? 100%. You manage your sales territory and the associated showroom independently – with full sales and profit responsibility.
  • Customer management with real impact: You develop strong partnerships through smart consulting, development discussions and targeted negotiations.
  • Focus on sales performance for real success: You analyze sales KPIs, identify potential improvements, and actively manage measures to increase performance.
  • Brand presence that sets standards: You secure our position at the POS – with premium presentation and a feel for impact.
  • You are where you make the difference: Regular customer visits, trade fairs and sales meetings are a matter of course for you.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING – YOUR SKILLS:

HARD SKILLS – NICE TO HAVE, LET'S TALK

  • You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on sales, marketing or retail.
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable field sales position, ideally in the women's apparel sector.
  • You live in eastern Germany, preferably near the showroom in Schkeuditz, where you have excellent connections.
  • You are proficient in using all industry-standard key performance indicators and are confident in your use of MS Office and common order entry programs.
