+ PROCESS MANAGER (M/F/D) - IT APPLICATIONS
You have a keen interest in scrutinizing all business processes and making them effective and efficient through the selection, introduction and support of suitable application software. Then become part of our Rich & Royal Business Operations team as: Process Manager (m/f/d) - IT Applications
Your tasks:
- Continuous analysis of our business processes and derivation of optimization potential with regard to application software
- Further development, digitalization and automation of our business processes through the introduction of new IT applications and tools
- Planning, management and technical implementation of projects in the area of IT applications - from initialization to go-live
- Selecting and managing vendors and service providers - from tendering to project completion and system support
- Onboarding and continuous development of IT users, in particular through training and 1st level support
Your profile:
- You have already gained at least two years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the fashion industry
- You are confident in dealing with IT application systems, have good knowledge in the use of AI tools and ideally basic knowledge in programming
- Thanks to your strong understanding of processes, you can find the right software solutions for all processes
- You are characterized by a highly structured and at the same time agile and implementation-oriented way of working
- You enjoy IT-side business development and can adapt quickly to changes
